The role
Due to a vacancy in the team we have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Clerk who is ready to further their professional career on a permanent basis.
Some of the daily tasks you could be performing are:
- Entering and reconciling supplier invoices, firm credit cards
- Receipt processing
- Billing and funds transfers
- Drawing of cheques and/or EFTs
- Bank account reconciliations
- Picking up settlement cheques and distributing to staff
- Answering adhoc queries and requests from Staff and Management
About you
You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role or working in a professional office environment, but we are keen to hear from candidates with strong passion and enthusiasm, who are proactive and adaptable in their approach to work.
The following skills and experience would be valuable to succeeding in this role:
- Strong analytical skills;
- experience using finance systems;
- strong written and verbal communication skills;
- time management skills, a pro-active and flexible attitude;
- demonstrated ability to work under pressure;
- high level of attention to detail;
