Our client is a market leader in their field, offering a range of Aged Care services to the community. They have an excellent reputation for service delivery and staff development.

Following a recent promotion, they are seeking a Management Accountant to join their commercial business support team.

About the Role

Reporting to the financial controller, you will be driving consistent interpretations of reporting and analysis, using systems, business processes and technologies to establish, consolidate and deliver analysis and insights across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business segment performance vs target, identifying gaps as well as opportunities to increase sales
• Produce internal reporting for key stakeholder to support decision-making
• Establish analysis and reporting delivery methods
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, tracking the accuracy and distribution of reports, ensuring consistency, relevance and a high up-take
• Drive process improvement initiatives through recommendations and development of new reporting, processes and tools as required
• Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Business services or advisory experience, Aged Care experience ideally; 
• 2 Years minimum commercial experience;
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Degree qualification in Finance, Business or Economic and/or CA qualified;
