Your Role
Day 1 you inherit the autonomy to develop relationships with clients who have turnovers up to $100M. Some of these clients have international operations and overseas offices and factories, particularly in Asia and NZ.
Key role in liaising with clients and managing SMEs and complex clients from the outset. High level tax and business services technical matters will provide consistent challenges and progression.
Your Role
This firm will impress. It has seen exponential growth over various decades. This is mostly on the back of an expanding and loyal client base with high profile referrals.
An abundance of funding is put into training and development with monthly external training conducted. Their strategy here is to progress an ambitious qualified professional to Manager. Part of the journey is to further develop your technical tax and "soft skills".
Your Team and Mentors
You will also have 4 interdependent accountants within your team. Your Partners, your mentors are gifted ex-Big4 executives
While business development isn’t a requirement, if you have a instinctive flair for this or receive referrals from your positive client relations you will benefit from a bonus system that is in place for new clientele
