I am currently representing a leading property company with great offices in the heart of Sydney CBD, as the business continues to grow they are looking to add a Finance analyst to their team on a 1 year contract, if successful there is scope for a permanent role. 

The key duties of the role will include: 

• Assist with the preparation of reports to monitor key overhead drivers and assist key stakeholders in reaching their performance targets on overheads
• Assist with the preparation and review of accurate overhead management reports on behalf of Business Units, Operational Finance and other back office functions
• Support the preparation of overhead analysis versus developed budgets/plans/forecasts for overheads
• Managing relationships with budget owners to answer any queries or clarification of overhead allocations
• Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members
• Assist with benchmarking of overhead performance internally and externally
• Assist with organisational effectiveness through proactive continuous improvement and innovation within remit
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to solve issues, leverage opportunities and influence business performance

The right candidate will be: 

• CA/CPA Part/ Fully qualified
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• A great communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
