A global advertising firm has a new position vacancy for an experienced Billings Officer to join their accounting team to look after the end to end billings process for their agency.
In this position your responsibilities will include:
• Complete month end billings for the agency
• Ensure all adjustments, approvals and invoices are processed and delivered within monthly deadlines
• Process Job Detail Reports – takeups, write offs, transfers and job closes
• Raise monthly intercompany recharges
• Send invoices and statements to clients
As the ideal candidate you will have an understanding of advertising billings and some experience within the advertising industry. Your communication skills must be top tier as you will be communicating regularly with the agencies and other members of the accounting team.
