My client is a leading healthcare business looking for a M&A Analyst to join the newly created M&A function. This is a great role for a first mover out of practice in and end-to-end M&A position working alongside a dynamic, bright team.
  
Responsibilities include:

• Identifying targets for acquisitions and analysis of customer value propositions and tender reviews
• Keeping updated on competitor analysis relevant to acquisition decisions
• Develop financial models for acquisitions forecasting and evaluation purposes
• Valuations of potential acquisitions
• Due diligence of selected transactions
• Presenting information in a way that is capable of clear communication to key stakeholders within the business.
• Deliver project, ad hoc and routine analysis to the senior stakeholders and other group executives as required

 Skills:

• CA newly qualified from big 4/top 10 practice
• Transaction Services/M&A experience ideal
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Advanced Excel skills
