Our client are one of Australia's largest locally owned fund administrators, providing fund, super and registry services to local and international firms with assets under administration in excess of AUD $119 billion.  They have a global presence and a rapidly growing Australian presence with fantastic career opportunities. 

Role purpose
The Fund Accountant will be responsible for financial statement preparation to assist with their year end process. Working independently you will be crucial to the client delivery. 

Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of consolidated and single entities general and special purpose financial statements and disclosures
• Preparation of income tax returns for complex funds and reviewing investor taxation statements. 
• Facilitation of auditors, monitoring deadlines and liaise with relevant stakeholders

Proven Experience & qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting along with proven funds experience 
• Knowledge of HiPortfolio
• 4 + years experience in a similar role
• Ability to start immediately
