Our large, custom-built facility in Laverton North (Melbourne’s western suburbs) is close to the Westgate Freeway enabling us to conveniently access all of Victoria.
Bookkeeper/ Admin Office
We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper/ Admin officer who will prepare, monitor and maintain the bookkeeping functions of the business. Areas of responsibility are inclusive of finance, insurances, accounts payable/receivable and related reports.
Job Tasks
- Accounts Receivable/ Payable
- Sales Orders and Invoicing
- Purchase Orders and Bills
- General administrative support to the Finance Manager
- Filling and managing related admin and finance processes
- Prepare EOM Reports and other related tasks
Candidate Profile
- bookkeeping/accounting qualifications
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- experience using Xero is ideal but not mandatory
- excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Driven and Self Motivated, actioning on tasks now not on a later time.
- Can think out of the box
- Must have licence and car as public transport is limited
