The Role:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our Head Office team in Doncaster.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible managing the overall payroll function for the Johns Lyng Group, assisting staff with payroll related enquiries and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fortnightly payroll for JLG business units
- Ensure timesheets are received & accounted for
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare payroll reports & payslips
- Process salary & related entitlements for all staff
- Respond to staff enquiries relating to salary & related entitlements, leave & general conditions of employment
- Implement payroll changes, including salary increments & award increases
- Extensive payroll experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High levels of drive & energy
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent organisational & planning skills
- Eye for detail
- Problem solving & decision-making ability
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to manage unpredictable & varying workloads
