About the role
Risk Management
- Develop the Financial and Operational Risk Management strategies and Compliance programs
- Develop and Implement Risk management processes
- Conduct Risk Assessment
- Conduct Risk Evaluation
- Prepare Risk management Reporting
- Create Business Continuity Plans
- Anticipate emerging issues
Insurance
- Establish Risk Management Insurance strategies, plans and budget
- Oversee and manage Insurance policies
- Manage Insurance claims
- Maintain record of Insurance policies and claims
- Establish relevant process and procedures
Internal Audit
- Ensure compliance and establish internal control procedures on various expenditure and staff expenses
- Verify Assets and Liabilities
- Complete Audit work papers
- Maintain internal control systems
- Proactively promote the Audit program throughout the company

Skills and experience
- Functional knowledge and strong experience in Risk Management, Risk Insurance Audit, Insurance policies (ensuring the correct level of cover), Business Continuity and Internal Audit.
- Ability to make rational judgments and show evidence of clear analytical thinking.
- Able to make clear decisions which involve tough choices or considered risks, takes initiative and take responsibility for projects and actions.
- Plan ahead and work in a systematic and organised and follow directions and procedures and take into account possibly changing circumstances.
- Communicate and network effectively and able to influence others
