Your new company
A government organisation with a short-term opening for a Financial Accountant
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Year-end reporting
- Audit preparations
- Review of balance sheet accounts
- BAS preparation
- Variance analysis
- Ad hoc year-end duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this attractive role, you will ideally be:
- a fully certified CA/CPA financial accountant with a relevant tertiary degree
- experienced in a government organisation
- an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- an advanced and regular user of Excel for advanced functions
- a driven individual with proven ability to be proactive in the workplace
- able to work well under pressure
