This is an exciting role that requires a hands on Financial Accountant as it will support the wider APAC Finance Team and work closely with Senior Management.

Headquartered in the US, they are in over 100 countries worldwide and work with some of the most well-known brands in the world having built the IT infrastructure of some of the largest transportation and defence systems worldwide.
Description
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for:
- Participating in month-end close processing including journal preparation and posting
- Assisting with payroll cost accounting in the general ledger system
- Coordinating the inter company transaction processing and reconciliation
- Preparation of corporate tax return
- Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Maintenance of capital projects and the fixed asset register
- Assisting in audit requirements
Profile
The successful candidate:
- CA/ CPA qualified or near completion
- Has around 5 years experience within accounting
- Has a high level of proficiency using SAP, ideally having been through an implementation
- Possesses prior payroll accounting experience
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Is proactive and seeks to continuously improve processes
- Has strong problem solving ability and an analytical mindset
