This well-established ASX listed company is looking for a natural leader to help drive a talented team of receivable professionals. The role:
As a Receivables Team Leader you will be responsible for the below including but not limited to.
- Managing a team of 9 receivables professionals.
- Handle escalated customer issues.
- Make sure that the team is compliant with internal requirements.
- Review monthly results and take corrective action where necessary.
- Report on performance against key performance targets.
- Identify and Implement process improvements.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience within a leadership role in a team environment
- 3+ years experience managing a Receivables/Collection/ Credit team.
- 5+ years experience within a Receivables/Customer Service environment
- Exposure to SAP Navision and IFCS advantageous.
