Our client is a market leading, multi-national corporate who are considered employers of choice across Property Investment and Commercial Real Estate sectors. 

The Role

The Risk & Assurance Manager will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating activities to deliver a consistent and integrated approach to risk management, compliance and assurance deliverables for a large and prestigious Commercial Property Account across the Australia/NZ region.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Implement and manage a robust risk, compliance and assurance program for the ANZ region.
• Assist to develop and implement risk management and compliance frameworks, processes and activities
• Provide risk and compliance advice to the regional team
• Lead regional risk and compliance initiatives and projects to ensure global best practice and consistency
• Drive a compliance culture of exemplary conduct and risk awareness
• Deliver training and awareness programs
• Investigate and report on compliance breaches.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the role, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

• 5+ yrs experience in operational Risk/Controls/Internal Audit roles, preferably within Real Estate or FS sectors
• Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and co-ordination skills.
• Advanced report writing and analysis skills
• Ability to work in an outcome focused, fluid environment.
• Ability to work, manage and deliver to multiple deadlines and timeframes.
