YOUR NEW ROLE:

  1. Location – Hendra – good onsite parking
  2. Hours – mornings - 8/8.30 start, 5 days – Client is flexible however mornings are essential
  3. Salary – part time causal role salary for first 3 months with review for permanent position
  4. Xero Software – Xero experience is essential
  5. Your Team – work closely with the Financial Controller and Sales Coordinator

You will also work with a connected and high skilled financial controller who will allow you the freedom to manage your own time yet be there when you need support/have questions.

  • Reconciliations
  • Data Entry
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reporting

WHAT YOU BRING:

You are a focused person who likes to follow a process in order to achieve accurate accounting results.  

Our skills wish list is:

  • Xero Accounting Software experience essential
  • Reconciliations – experience with Bank reconciliations (multiple accounts), Credit Cards, Sales/Till reconciliation, Stock control (small scale)
  • Data Entry – accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Accounts Payable – full process from data entry through to supplier setup/payments/management  
  • Accounts Receivable – full process including producing statements/problem solving
  • Reporting - monthly expenditure, Sales & AR/AP
  • Projects – working on various projects in connection with the Financial Controller
  • Software – Xero, MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
