Our Client:
A nationally recognised organisation who are one of the largest manufacturers within their industry. Due to continued success they are looking for an Assistant Accountant to compliment their Finance Team. Located in the Liverpool surrounds, with on site parking provided.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director your duties will include but not be limited to:
- General ledgers reconciliations
- Weekly & End of month reporting
- Journal entries
- Account And balance sheet reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Statutory Returns
- Assist with preparation of FBT, BAS and GST
- Prepayments and accruals
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Degree qualified or part completion of CPA or CA
- Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel Skills
- Cost accounting exposure advantageous
- Fantastic attitude - must be a team player
- A “hands on” approach
- Due to their client base, must be able to speak Mandarin
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have own vehicle to drive to location as no public transport nearby
