Client Details
This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated and fast paced Accounts Receivable Officer to work in a great location North of Perth. Our client works within the Construction industry and due to current growth they are needing an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
Description
As an Accounts Receivable officer, in this role you will be reporting to the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collection and follow up of overdue invoices and accounts in a high volume
- Building and maintaining stakeholder/supplier relationships
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Rectifying any discrepancies and/or client billing issues
- First point of contact for debtor enquires
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contracting clients
Profile
The successful candidate is required to have at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar high volume AR. Other criteria also includes:
- Experience in high volume AR invoicing
- Accurate data entry and an eye of detail
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
