A great opportunity has become available for a suitably experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join this growing and reputed group. The position requires the ability to adapt to Accounts Payable (AP) modules across different ERP systems.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in a high volume full function accounts payable role. You will be a part of a highly experienced group finance team.
Duties and Responsibility
In your role, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices & credit notes
- Preparing payment plan and processing payments
- Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues / disputes.
- Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships
- Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
- Updating supplier database
- Scanning and file management
- Assist with reporting
- Other general and administrative duties
Your Background
In order to be considered for this exciting position you must have:
- Strong computer systems skills with word and excel skills
- Strong typing skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and suppliers.
- A great team playing attitude and pleasant personality.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Show accountability in all areas of the position.
- Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded
