This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a listed business and well known global brand. Currently a 50/50 split between month end duties and business partnering, the long term aim is to make this a commercial role where you will spend the majority of your time business partnering and performing analysis.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for completing the month end process for a portfolio of sites, as well as providing commercial support to their operational stakeholders and implementing improvements in the month end process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting
- Management reporting, including revenue and cost analysis
- Complex reconciliations
- Project reporting consolidations
- Provide commercial support and analysis, including benchmarking and new initiative analysis
- Ad hoc reporting as required
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3/4 experience in similar role or looking to move out of a external audit role
- Top tier communication and business partnering skills as well as prior experience with direct reports
- Prior experience within a retail or multi-site business
- Large ERP experience essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
