Join an exciting, leading financial organisation specialising as a Bank Reconciliation Officer based in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for reconciling multiple, high volume accounts. Ideally you will have strong attention to detail and stakeholder management as you will be given the responsibility to investigate discrepancies, execute payments and receipts.
The Bank Reconciliation Officer will be responsible for:
- High volume bank reconciliation skills (Multiple key accounts and transaction lines->200)
- Review of bank statements- follow up with trustees/clients where necessary.
- Investigate invalid transactions and initiate remedial action where necessary.
- Processing receipts and payments in a timely manner
- Responding to queries
- Ad hoc tasks as necessary
The right person for the role will have:
- High Volume Bank reconciliation skills
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
- SAP system not essential, but highly desirable
- Intermediate Excel skills - v-lookups & pivot tables
