An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts All-rounder to join a national FMCG company.
Client Details
Our Client is a well established organisation within the Manufacturing industry. As a family owned, multi million dollar company they have an exceptional reputation and team culture. Due to an increase in market share, they are now looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to work in a multi-function role as they continue their growth.
Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager your main duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices into the finance system;
- Coding of invoices and matching with purchase orders;
- Completing weekly collections of outstanding debt;
- Full function of Accounts Receivable;
- Daily inventory reconciliations;
- Additional administration duties as requested by the Finance team.
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Will have proven experience in Accounts Receivable, with Accounts Payable being highly desired.
- Will have a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
- Navision experience are highly valued for this role.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
