Your new company
A successful Construction & Property Company are looking for a talented Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity not to be missed as a well-established company has a rare vacancy due to an expansion of their portfolio.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the CFO within a close-knit team of 5, you will be joining highly talented accounting professionals. On a daily basis your duties will include:
• High volume invoicing, processing upwards of 800 invoices monthly
• Reviewing, validating and matching invoices
• Preparing EFT batches for pay runs
• Month end credit statement reconciliations
• Following up with creditors if discrepancies

What you'll need to succeed
• Over 2 years’ experience within accounts payable
• Construction or Property experience is highly desirable not essential
• Experience using Sage Timberline system desirable not essential
• The ability to work within a team and autonomously
• Strong attention to detail
• Hard working and can do attitude
