We are seeking to recruit an experienced Audit Manager with a minimum of 6 years’ experience. Banks Group has its own authorised assurance company dedicated to the growing demands of our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Audit portfolio
- Efficient workflow management
- Preparation of scoping and job budgets
- Maintaining effective client WIP and billings in consultation with Partner
- Providing coaching and ongoing professional support to team members
- Ensuring retention of clients through service excellence and a focus on clients’ needs
- Initiating opportunities to secure repeat business from existing clients
- Effective time management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a professional and pleasant approach to confidently work with clients face to face. Previous experience with Caseware is preferred but not essential.
