The program is active in 25 countries and has offices in 7 countries, with its Head Office based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. As part of our continued growth, we have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team.
The Role
Will work within the finance team. Duties will include:
- Billing clients to deadline in line with contract requirements
- Recording customer payments accurately and within timeframes
- Maintain a local recording system of incoming payments from clients
- Attend to customer queries
- Monitor accounts receivable
- Debtor review and collections
- Data entry into the system
- Administration duties
- General support to the Finance Team
The Person
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Accounts or finance experience (at least 1-2 years)
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Commerce
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Motivated to progress
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferred)
