This is a crucial role sitting in my client's finance team. If you are an experienced and capable accounts receivable/billings officer with experience with contract interpretation and strong excel skills, I want to speak with you!
Client Details
Located in Jandakot, my client is an established mining services company which is currently expanding through organic growth and acquisitions. They have a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration and are looking for a team member who will contribute to this positive culture!
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Importing PLOD's (daily work sheets) into the ERP system for processing
- Interpreting contracts and service agreements to apply correct charges
- Updating progress claims fortnightly
- Producing complex invoices fortnightly and monthly based on work conducted
- Acting as point of contact for clients with billing queries
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure paperwork is received on time for processing
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' previous AR or billings experience, preferably from resources/mining industries. Additionally:
- Intermediate/Advanced excel skills
- Strong teamwork focus
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Previous experience with a large scale ERP system
Job Offer
On offer is a 15 month maternity leave contract in a growing and dynamic business! You will play a crucial role in my client's finance team and will build strong relationships in the industry in this time. Salary commensurate to experience.
