Are you looking to join a well-regarded company, which will provide a long term future, great teamwork, support and progression? If you are, a rare opportunity has risen for an Accounts Officer to join Level 33, a well regarded development and construction company.

Established in 1999, Level 33 has experienced significant growth and success each year. It has an established portfolio of residential developments across Sydney that is well funded and will be continually growing.

Due to the expansion of the company, we are now seeking applications from an intelligent and enthusiastic Accounts Officer to join our team in our Sydney based office.

This role plays a vital position in the company, reporting to the Director and CFO, your key duties and knowledge in this role will be as follows:

The Role

  • Estimation and quantification of subcontractor invoices.
  • Identification of cost efficiencies and cost control.
  • Reviewing tax invoices and receipts for data entry into software in a timely manner.
  • Assist accounts team and CFO with reports.
  • Maintain and review tax invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets.
  • Managing relationships with vendors.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Must have 2 years background knowledge in the construction and development industry.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, process high volume transactions and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedicated team player.
  • Sound computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Preferred: experience with estimating software Cubit.
  • Essential: experience with MYOB.
