We are currently seeking applications for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Finance team located in Bella Vista, Sydney.

Let's talk about the role:

This is a newly-created, global role with a strong commercial and transformation focus. You will be integral in driving value creation, as the Finance business partner to the Product Development and Upstream Marketing functions. You will sort through complex data, analyse financial performance, provide insights, prepare business cases as well as management reporting. There will also be ad-hoc projects including chart of accounts, reporting and business integration. The role also requires ensuring strong internal controls, developing and improving systems and procedures and training business partners. The role will require interaction with senior leaders and teams across the globe and may involve international travel. You will report to the Finance Director - Product Development and Upstream Marketing.

Let’s talk about you:

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA or Certified Management Accountant (CIMA) with at least 4 years of additional experience in a similar financial analysis and business partnering role, in a commercial environment. Experience using financial systems such as TM1 and Oracle are also preferred.

You are a highly collaborative, self-starter, who thrives in complex, change environments. You are highly organised, detail-oriented with a process way of working, while also having the strategic picture. You are known for your analysis, customer-focused innovation and identifying, driving and implementing value creation.

You have a positive mindset, strong verbal and written communication skills and influencing abilities with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Experience in a multi-national, listed environment and project accounting experience will ensure you are a strong candidate for this position.
