The Role
In this role you will manage a small but growing team of Business Services Accountants, whilst also managing a client base. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing tax compliance work for clients
- Tax Planning
- Meeting with clients & building client relationships
- Liaising with clients over the phone
- Advising clients of different tax issues
- Delegating work to junior accountants
- Reviewing accountants work
- Assisting with business development and internal process improvement
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years' business services/advisory experience within an Australian public practice environment
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage clients and staff
- Long term practice aspirations
