Seeking an immediately available Payroll compliance professional to join a multi-national project management and construction organisation.
Client Details
Our Client are a multi-national organisation specialising in project management and construction. They are now seeking a Payroll compliance professional to join them on a contract and support the business with matters directly related to legislation and policy.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Ensure the Payroll function is fully compliant through implementing and monitoring new and existing systems and processes
- Be a subject matter expert who is able to provide expert advice and analysis on legislative issues which will or could impact Payroll
- Troubleshooting for compliance issues that arise
- Ensure the team continuously develop their knowledge and understanding of compliance through training and coaching
- Provide a reliable, robust and accurate compliance approach for Payroll.
Profile
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role and have proven management ability. you will have up to date and strong knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation, in particular PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation along with third party deductions. You must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business. An adaptable personality and solution orientated approach is a must for this role.
