As a part of the finance team in the Sydney head office and reporting to the Finance Manager, this role supervises four staff and is across the billing cycle for key clients. Using Elite 3E you and the team will be processing bills for all clients. You will handle all e-billing queries and liaise with partners and lawyers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Creating variety in your day you will also have some involvement in reviewing aged debtor reports and making recommendations for action.

Possessing superior communication skills to liaise at client and partner level, you will be able to demonstrate previous billings experience from a professional services environment. You will have a high level of initiative and be able to think for yourself in ensuring compliance, accuracy and meeting deadlines.
