The Company:

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years payroll experience
• Well-spoken and customer focused

Key Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Consultant your duties will include but not be limited to:
 

• Helpdesk support
• Payroll system implementation (end-to-end)
• Payroll system training
• Payroll system presentation
• Payroll software testing
• Documentation & user manual writing
• Some travel throughout Australia

Experience/Skills required:

• Extensive experience in managing payroll
• Thorough understanding of leave entitlements, termination, and redundancy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Superior planning and co-ordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Customer focused attitude
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Prior application training and support experience desirable, but not essential
• Experience in Unipay Payroll will be advantageous, but not essential
• Previous experience in the Motor Industry will be advantageous, but not essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Extensive knowledge & skills in Microsoft Excel
• Must have own vehicle and current drivers licence
