The Company
My client is a household name in the Retail business and due to a large growth phase have created a new FP & A Manager role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and establish the planning function. This business is expanding and bringing on board fresh talent and looking to increase market share.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this role has a lot of autonomy as you are joining in a newly created role. Initially a 6 month contract you will be designing reports, creating budget templates, business partnering with senior stakeholders, collecting data and drilling down into the detail. There will be a strong focus on cost savings and increasing profitability.
This is a highly commercial position as you will also be assisting with business strategy.
There are strong chances of this role becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Your Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified ideally having started out in a chartered firm. You will be able to work autonomously and in unstructured environments. Experience with a large ERP like SAP as well as having worked in a product related business will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working with senior stakeholders in the business.
