Our client currently have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join Finance team. The main purpose of this role is to drive a robust financial process to support the realisation of business strategic objectives, together with best practice business insights and executive reporting to drive business performance.

Key deliverables of this role include:
Lead the finance team responsible for financial accounting, treasury, payroll, credit management, accounts payable, treasury and ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place
Developing and leading the annual strategic and operating planning process
- Delivering an accurate and accountable forecast process within the business
- Preparing monthly Board and Executive performance reports, providing actionable insights and variance analysis, supported by financial and non-financial metrics
- Assess drivers of P&L variances to planned Budget, market share and realisation of cost reduction initiatives
- Working closely with and influencing key stakeholders across the business, including Finance and Strategy and Corporate Finance teams to drive forward looking business outcomes
- Identifying opportunities and providing recommendations on actions to close performance gaps to plan
- Identifying and driving change and process improvements

Profile
- CA/CPA Qualified
- FMCG / Manufacturing experience required
- Ability to plan and coordinate reporting and project timetables
- Previous experience managing board reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound organisational and effective time management skills
- M&A experience (desired)
