The Company
This successful business has a proud history of over 20 years leading their field and are well known and respected within their industry. This background and reputation, paired with an impressive product range and longstanding relationships, has ensured they hold strong in a competitive industry. Due to annual leave within the Finance team, there is an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join their close-knit team, commencing next week for the next 5 weeks.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and working as an integral part of the broader Finance team, your responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:
- High volume Accounts Receivable
- Account management including collections via email and phone
- Receipting and allocations
- Debtor reconciliations
- Credit applications
- General ledger and end of month duties
- Ad hoc duties where required to assist Finance team
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the organisation and time management skills required to run a high volume, standalone Accounts Receivable position. You will be capable, friendly and enjoy the responsibility of managing both the AR inbox and active customers. Your initiative and experience will ensure you to thrive in the fast-paced environment, and step easily into a new position in new environment. Previous experience using Pronto will be highly regarded but is not essential.
