Accounts Receivable Officer | 2-3 months Temp | South West

Opportunity to join a market leader in an important stand alone Accounts Receivable position working closely with the Finance Manager. You will join a high performing team with the autonomy to manage your own work flow. The success of this business starts with its commitment to customer service and this is ever important in the credit function. This is a fast paced environment with a family friendly feel and a strong sense of team work. 
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Warm follow up calls to your clients
• Customer record maintenance
• Re-issuing invoices when required
• Investigate discrepancies with remittances
• Working with sales representatives to manage customer expectations
• Internal and external relationship management
• End to end management of the AR function
• Follow up any queries

Ideally have proven experience in end to end Accounts Receivable within a high volume environment. Key to your success is sound communication skills with a professional phone manner. You will gain mentoring and guidance from an experienced Finance Manager and CFO. Initially on a temporary basis there is potential for a high performer to be retained. You must be able to start immediately.
