Situated in the lush Goulburn Valley, this progressive horticulture operation specialises in supplying premium quality fruit throughout Australia and overseas.
The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive accounting/finance administrator to sink their teeth into an interesting and diverse role.
Providing a high-level of financial and administration support to the organisation, the role encompasses undertaking tasks and activities related to:
- Accounts – invoicing, purchasing, payment processing, reconciliations including bank reconciliations, and monitoring and reporting on expenditure;
- Payroll – records and processing;
- Personal Assistant support to management team members; &
- Various administration tasks and functions.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Extensive experience working in a bookkeeping, accounting or finance role with a strong payroll focus.
- Post-Secondary Qualification in Business Administration, Accounting or Management preferably at Certificate IV level.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- A keen interest in satisfying internal and external customers.
