The Firm
This mid-tier CA firm has built an enviable portfolio of private company clients. Based in Brisbane’s CBD, the practice boasts many clients with $50-$100 million turnovers. Their services range across four core activities: audit, business advisory, superannuation & taxation. Due to steady growth within the practice they require a senior manager to join their team.
The Role
The practice is looking for a senior manager that has partnership motivations and wants to buy in.
Specifically, your role will include:
- A high level of client contact
- Mentor staff, and encourage growth and career success
- Compliance and Business Advisory work
- Preparation of Tax Returns & Financial Statements for all entity types
- Financial Reporting
- Preparation of cash flow forecasting, budgets & Monthly Management Reports
- Build and grow strong client relationships
- Research –business advisory
The Individual
To be considered for this role, a suitable candidate will possess:
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Completed CA or CPA
- Previous experience managing your own client portfolio
- Strong background in Business Development
- Ability to grow business
- Previous experience involving the management of staff
- High level of client interaction in previous roles
