Client Details
Our client it a leading NFP organisation in Osborne Park with a strong, stable and long standing reputation. They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their vibrant team on a full-time permanent basis.
Description
As an Accounts Receivable officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate timely and accurate billing of receivables
- Collection and follow up of overdue invoices
- Building and maintaining stakeholder/supplier relationships
- Process refunds, journals and credit notes.
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Rectifying any discrepancies and/or client billing issues
Profile
The successful candidate is required to have at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar AR role. Other criteria also include:
- Strong personal values and a desire to work in a not-for-profit environment
- Previous NFP experience is ideal but not essential
- Experience in high volume AR invoicing
- Accurate data entry and an eye of detail
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
