The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for a growing Australian organisation with offices based in the CBD. This is an exciting period of growth for the organisation who have seen substantial year on year growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their supportive Finance team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Role
Reporting to Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the full function Accounts Payable, including:
- High volume invoice processing
- Raising of purchase orders
- Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Account reconciliations
- Manning staff expense claims
- Monthly reporting
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Your Profile
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- 1+ years’ proven experience in an end to end Accounts Payable role
- Experience using large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Great Plans, Dynamics etc
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work individually but also as part of a wider team who collectively work to tight deadlines
