Your new company
A growing Not-for-Profit organisation based in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Your new role
As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of financial and management accounting duties including:
- Producing and presenting monthly and annual financial reports.
- Producing financial statements, including variance analysis and commentaries.
- Communicating complex financial information across the organisation and providing financial advice to key internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to the annual budgeting process.
- Contributing to the annual audit process and liaising with external auditors.
- Overseeing and developing a small team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you will have a CA/CPA qualification with previous professional experience in the Not-for-Profit sector in a similar role.
- You must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience of producing financial statements in a complex environment would be preferred.
- A high level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience business partnering to a high level.
- Advanced Excel skills.
