The firm
This firm is a national law firm who have been recognised as a leader in legal service providers. They are well known in the industry for working on large matters and servicing high net worth clients. The Melbourne office of this firm is located in an impressive building in the heart of the CBD.
 
The role
This role will see you managing the accounts receivable functions of the firm and will suit someone who has experience managing the credit function of a law firm or professional services firm.

While your duties will be varied, they may include:

• Daily receipting and posting of payments to debtor accounts
• Monthly and yearly reporting to management
• Cheque receipting and daily banking
• Investigating unknown deposits
• Managing unallocated accounts
• Following up for allocation details and bank details for any refunds
• Developing and continually identifying improvements to workflow
• Assisting staff of the firm with appropriate procedures and protocols
