Accounts Payable Officer


* Fast paced high volume processing of over 180 invoices daily
* Provide our business units with purchase to payment process support
* Be a part of this friendly team in this permanent position in Mascot


Manage incoming supplier and internal staff (Business Unit) calls relating to payments and invoice queries. Previous experience with high volumes is a must for this role.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


* Manage existing creditor accounts
* Maintain a level of professional communication at all times - written and verbal
* Manage a high volume of invoice processing and related requirements
* Manage internal and external customer inquiries
* Maintain a safety first attitude

Your Skills & Expertise

You will have previous experience from a large employer managing high invoice volumes, as this is a commanding requirement of our position. In addition you will have demonstrated a high level of accuracy and work output, had previous reconciliation experience and a basic accounting background would be well received.

We expect you will have exceptional time management skills and are able to work efficiently and meet deadlines. There is a requirement to liaise with stakeholders so excellent verbal communication skills and a customer service focus is needed. Last, but not least important, is your professionalism and your ability to self-motivate to achieve results.
