Large global company looking for a Financial Controller of the Australian business 150k + super

Your new company
Large US company with a strong presence in the local market based in Melbourne CBD is looking for a dynamic Financial Controller

Your new role
Broad Financial Controller role reporting directly into the Managing Director -
Work closely with the MD on the commercial side of the business
Preparation of month end, half year and year end financial accounts
Regular management reports into the US parent company
Oversee 1 staff member who does all the processing
Extensive forecasting and budgeting
Process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
CPA/CA qualified Financial Controller, US company background and ideally from a project accounting business (IT, media, construction etc). Also the ability to work autonomously and excellent communication skills.

Happy to develop someone who doesn’t have a great deal of experience at Financial Controller level or more experienced fine too
