THE ROLE

To achieve professional, timely and effective administrative functions and customer service by providing leadership, training and advice for staff, managing and co-ordinating administrative operations, service quality and performance.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall management of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Administration
  • To monitor and review payroll, accounts receivable, payable & administrations team, set KPI’s, leave entitlements and other documentation as directed by Management.
  • Overall management of Accounts Payable and Receivable and Administration team.
  • Monitor the induction and training of administration staff
  • Prepare and submit such regular reports as are required throughout the month in a timely manner to the appropriate persons.
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company

 

THE CANDIDATE

  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable & Administration is preferred
  • Highly motivated self-starter who manages their time effectively in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Have the ability to prioritise multiple projects and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain the current standard of work - whilst continually striving to improve organisational work structure and processes by making suggestions and providing feedback on potential improvements.
  • Experience in transport , logistics or service industry highly regarded but not essential
  • Committed to achieving customer service of the highest standard.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
