Einersen Group is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. The position is part time, 20 - 25 hours per week with some flexibility required when other members of the team are on leave. Within this role you will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.

To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills:

Have a minimum 4 years experience
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle competing priorities
Intermediate to advanced excel skills
Strong data entry skills and analytical ability
Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Experience using NEXUS Financials highly regarded
Confident & Enthusiastic
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues adhering to the Einersen Group vision, values, strategies & policies
Accounts Payable Responsibilities

Reconcile supplier statements to ledger balances
Processing payment runs as scheduled
Processing miscellaneous invoices
Investigate discrepancies and communicate with internal and external suppliers and partners
Process & reconcile corporate credit cards
Provide assistance in other areas of accounts payable and general admin
