We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join the team located in St Kilda Road, to manage all requests for changes to the vendor address book. Demonstrating strong attention to detail in the review and assessment of submitted data. Ensure a strong stakeholder focus in addressing and resolving issues and queries

Responsibilities of the role include;

• Manage all new entries and changes to the vendor address book
• Liaise with projects, regions, business groups and finance teams regarding submitted requests
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in new/change requests
• Ensure all requests are approved in line with company policy
• Identify bank account changes and follow procedures for confirming changes to existing back details
• Review submitted assessments of the payroll tax liability status of vendors
• Follow up outstanding matters and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Analyse system issues with the vendor address book
• Provide administrative support when required

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you demonstrate the following;

• 2-5 years’ experience in accounts payable/accounts
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in corporate environment
• Microsoft Office experience
• Proven time management, planning and organisation skills
• Administration and document management practices
