About the role
We are currently seeking a Part Time ( 2 days a week) Bookkeeper to join our small and friendly team based in Campbellfield.
Job Tasks and responsibilities
You will be working autonomously dealing with all aspect of Bookkeeping
* Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
* Payroll using Xero
* Reconciliation - Bank and G/L
* Calculation of BAS and PAYG
* End of Year preparation for external Accountants
* Monthly P & L reports
Skills and experience
Key Criteria / Skills
* Experience in Xero
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Efficient in in Excel and Word
* Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
