About the Company
Our client is a national business consultancy with a diverse portfolio and a solid history of successfully executed projects.
About the Role
As the Senior Payroll Officer you will have sole responsibility for processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls. This is an end-to-end payroll position and includes the set-up of new starters, processing terminations and managing leave records. You will prepare, balance and reconcile payroll tax, PAYG and superannuation and comply with all relevant legislation.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate personnel files and databases at an audit standard and maintain an awareness of all relevant legislation with regards to payroll.
This is a team environment and you will be required to assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable functions as needed.
About You
You must have a minimum three years’ experience with payroll processing using MYOB and have a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail. Great customer service and communication skills are essential.
