Client Details
Our client is a multinational medical devices organisation with constantly expanding operations. Known in the Australian market for it's fantastic culture and offering long term genuine opportunities to their employees. As a result of recent growth in the Australian market, a new role has been created for a Senior Financial Analyst to support with commercial analysis & business partnering.
Role Description
This role will support the commercial team and operations providing key financial insights on business performance.
You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Draw insights from data through trend analysis and provide recommendations to the business to generate cost efficiencies or improvements.
- Produce accurate and timely management reporting which provides analysis and insight and promotes awareness of issues and facilitates decision making.
- Produce month, quarterly & annual budgets & forecasts with insightful commentaries on variances and trends.
- Develop performance analysis to provide reporting insight on trends, risks & opportunities
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across relevant divisions.
- Identify trends, measure performance KPI’s, drive revenue growth and expense savings through analysis and liaison with team and operational managers.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:
- CA/CPA Qualified with 3-5 years PQE minimum
- Proven ability to engage & influence stakeholders both finance & non-finance.
- Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
