The role of Price & Promotions Manager forms an integral part of our Sales function.  Working closely with both our Sales & Marketing functions, the successful applicant will lead the pricing, promotion and pack strategy across our range of Breakfast & Snacks products and ensuring the strategy is executed by the account management teams.


This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to secure a more commercially focused role where you can assist our teams in driving great sales, market share and profit results and further embed your career in the exciting & fast-paced FMCG industry.  We’re looking for someone with a high level of attention to detail, comfortable working with numbers and an inquisitive nature to achieve better outcomes.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the pricing, promotion and pack strategy for products across our Breakfast & Snacks categories, ensuring the strategy is executed by the account team.
  • Ensure the strategy can deliver the quarterly and annual sales, profit and market share targets
  • Support the customer account teams to sell the commercial strategy to customers
  • Lead the quarterly and annual review and approval process in conjunction with our Sales Finance Business Partner
  • Lead price and promotional analysis, identifying any issues and opportunities that influence customer and channel strategies
  • Lead financial modelling of pricing recommendations for all price list increases in conjunction with Finance.   

Skills, experience & attributes sought:

  • Degree qualified in either Business, Finance or related discipline
  • A strong career track record in either Sales, Category or Commercial Finance
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Influencing and negotiation skills – to drive great outcomes
  • Team player – this role involves working across various areas of our business
  • High level attention to detail is imperative
